While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Exceptional service, products, and company overall. These guy's knowledge is worth coming in for a visit. They have been around for at least 20 years and have always been reliable, supportive and helpful. There is something to say about a stand alone business that has been operating for so long.
